Brief Candles is our dry hopped table beer brewed in collaboration with our friend Mitch of Dageraad Brewing in Burnaby, B.C. Brief Candles was brewed with pilsner, Vienna and triticale malts as well as flaked spelt. We hopped Brief Candles with Hersbrucker, Saaz, Tettnang and Strisselspalt in the kettle then open-fermented it with our house saison yeast. Brief Candles was then dry hopped with Hersbrucker and Strisselspalt.
