Below the Salt is our velvety stout brewed with maple syrup and sweet potato. Below the Salt was mashed with English pale, caramel, chocolate, and oat malts, as well as flaked oats and roasted sweet potatoes. This stout was hopped in the kettle with Tettnang and East Kent Golding then infused with Grade A maple syrup. Below the Salt was fermented cool with our house pub ale yeast.
