Docklands is our rich, complex Baltic Porter. We combined a number of German specialty malts to make a deep and dark yet balanced brew. The malt bill creates layers of dark chocolate, coffee, rye bread, and dried dates. Docklands rested for an extended lagering time to make this beer velvety smooth, clean, and dry.
