This is a tale of two breweries and two closures. Celebrating our mutual interests in niche
historic and farmhouse beers, this no-boil “raw” ale was brewed at Darach and aged and
packaged at Atwood. Creamy, but prickly, drinking Informative Regrets is kind of like drinking
a loaf of bread, with a doughy, white wheat and pilsner malt character complemented by a
spicy earthiness that is not unlike walking into the animal feed warehouse at your local farm
supply store.
