You might walk past an impenetrable blackberry bramble in late summer and toss wild
berries straight into your mouth hole. Or, you might resist that urge and instead toss those
berries into an oak barrel, fill it with beer and let it hang out in there with some wild microbes
until it tastes good (about 10 months, in this case). We did both. All of the berries used in this
beer were hand-picked beneath high voltage electric transmission lines (for 500kV of extra
flavor). It’s electric.
