First arriving in Blaine around the turn of the 20th century, multiple generations of the
Hawkins family have called the Salishan Neighborhood home. An old tree in the front yard of
the historic family home continues to provide the family with large, juicy, yellow plums each
summer, which they graciously share with friends and neighbors. Yellow plums and native
bitter cherries combine with this sour wheat ale to become a tart reminder of many Pacific
Northwest summers past. Barrel-aged.
