Celebrating our mutual closures and interests in niche historic and farmhouse beers, this mixed culture saison was brewed at Darach and aged and packaged at Atwood. Using Darach’s coolship, this beer began fermentation spontaneously with local yeast and was subsequently aged in oak with additional mixed cultures of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and other organisms. Finally, the aged beer was blended with another mixed culture saison from the Atwood cellar. Feral Charisma is earthy, funky and fruity, like you dropped a half eaten peach on the dirt floor of a hay barn and finished eating it anyway
