Talking Teeth is our jittery little stout brewed with coffee and chocolate. Talking Teeth was mashed with a bold blend of English barley, pale chocolate malt, a selection of caramel malts, oat malt, chocolate rye malt, and Peruvian cacao nibs. This stout was hopped in the kettle with Styrian Golding and Talus and was fermented with our favorite English ale strain. This version was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Outer Dark Coffee Co. in Tacoma, WA and utilized a blend of their Sumatra Anaerobic Honey and Rwanda Natural coffee beans.
