Cosmic Dancer is our all Mosaic-hopped West Coast IPA that first dazzled on draft in 2023 (and is now available in cans for the very first time)! This celestial brew features a unique grain bill of pils malt, malted white wheat, and DextraPils malt, plus a blend of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops. On the palate, expect a harmonious mix of papaya, resin, and candy peach rings. Cosmic Dancer is crisp, dry, and beautifully showcases the versatility and vibrancy of the Mosaic hop.
