XX Mild is our historically inspired English-style mild ale brewed in collaboration with our friend Joey of Schenker Beer Company. XX Mild was brewed with an 8-grain blend of English pale, German pilsner, Vienna, Munich, triticale and oat malts. We hopped XX Mild with East Kent Golding and Saaz in the kettle then open-fermented it cool with our house pub ale yeast.
