Ladybird is a balanced bourbon barrel aged imperial stout that incorporates like & complementary flavors. Ladybird was aged for 24 months in Heaven Hills, Woodford Reserve, and Westward Whiskey Barrels. From the available barrels, six with flavors ranging from bakers chocolate, to unfiltered dark honey, to roasted walnuts where selected to pair with traditional and nuanced vanilla beans, fudge producing cocao nibs, and a blend of toasted and raw coconut. The result is a nicely balanced, decadent stout, that is full flavored and 100% fun!
