Vox is our easy drinking and smooth little spelt ale. Brewed with Pacific Northwest malts and hopped with a mingling of noble and modern Hops then finished with Green Tea.
This beer has a fluffy start with a citrus melon middle and ends at the ocean. Vox is Latin for voice. Our namesake, Hildegard von Bingen, was a prolific composer who pushed the limits of the singable. She was the only composer of her time (the middle ages) who wrote music for women’s voices.
