Brundlefly is our Düsseldorf-style altbier brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fast Fashion Brewing. Brundlefly was brewed with a rich base of German pilsner, Munich, crystal and debittered black malts. Our Düsseldorf-style altbier was hopped in the kettle with whole leaf Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Hersbrucker and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Brundlefly was fermented cool and naturally carbonated with our house kölsch strain. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
