One From The Sun is our DDH pale ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at Otherlands Beer. One From The Sun was brewed with German pilsner malt and a blend of flaked spelt, oats and wheat. Our DDH pale ale was hopped in the kettle with Cascade, Luminosa and Vic Secret then fermented cool with hour house kölsch strain. One from the Sun was then dry hopped twice with Vic Secret, Cascade and Zumo.
